By accessing or using the website, bookings, and services of Glorify LLC, doing business as Niki With One Kay ("N1K," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

N1K provides beauty and bridal artistry, wedding and event coordination, consultations, and related products through our online shop. Specific engagements (such as bridal or event services) are governed by separate booking confirmations, service agreements, or invoices, which control if they conflict with these Terms.

3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

Certain services require a deposit or payment to reserve your date or appointment, processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe). Unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation, deposits reserve your date and may be non-refundable. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are described at the time of booking and in your confirmation.

4. Shop Purchases

Products purchased through our shop are subject to the prices, availability, shipping, and return information presented at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated.

5. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to:
